Holidays are here

Holidays for me (when not traveling) mean one thing…. slooooooowwwww.
I make little plans, try not to have a schedule and just breathe.

It’s for the benefit of me, and for the kids, especially my two non-neuro typical boys.  This slow down allows us all to reset and recharge.  I mean our phones need charging every day, so do we.  But certainly, holidays are the best time to reset the practice of self-care.

This spring break I’ve been diffusing Siberian fir  (if I can’t get to Mountains I may as well imagine I’m there) and Spearmint (I just love it!!) daily.
